Combination of ayurvedic drugs for loss of appetite and digestive disorders.
Composition:
Each uncoated tablet contains:
Revandchini (Rheum emodi) – 33 mg.
Chitrak (Plumbago zeylanicum ) – 33 mg.
Balaharde (Terminalia chebula) – 23 mg.
Sunth (Zingiber officinale) – 8 mg.
Jeera (Cuminum cyminum) – 4 mg.
Talispatra (Abies webbiana) – 13 mg.
Papai (Carica papaya) – 12 mg.
Aunla (Emblica officinalis) – 10 mg.
Kutki (Picrorhiza kurroa) – 8 mg.
Sounf (Foeniculum vulgare) – 28 mg.
Jungli Elaichi (Amomum subulatum) – 3 mg.
Chirata (Swertia chirata) – 8 mg.
Dhania (Coriandrum sativum) – 3 mg.
Bhangra (Eclipta alba) – 32 mg.
Haldi (Curcuma longa) – 33 mg.
Ajwan (Ptychotis ajowan) – 12 mg.
Pipli (Piper longum) – 4 mg.
Pharmacology:
Revandchini, in small doses is used as an astringent, bitter and in the treatment of diarrhoea.
Balaharde is used as an astringent, bitter, stomachic and regulates the bowel.
Jeera is used as a carminative and increases appetite.
Sonth is used as a carminative. It also prevents griping.
Chitrak is mainly used for stomach troubles and better digestion.
Sounf relieves flatulence.
Aunla is used for regulating bowel movements.
Talispatra is carminative stomachic and tonic.
Papai used in deficiency of gastric juice in dyspepsia and intestinal irritations.
Kutki is used in loss of appetite, indigestion, dyspepsia.
Haldi is aromatic, Carminative and anthelmintic.
Jungli elaichi, Chitraka, Dhania, Bhangra Ajwan and Pipli are very good digestives, carminatives and stomachics. The combination acts as a carminatives, stomachic and cholagogue and it improves digestion.

Loss of appetite, fermentative disorders of digestion, biliousness, flatulence, dyspeptic symptoms, chronic constipation.
